Reporting a wrong result
If the checker said a site was down when it wasn't (or the other way round), these details let us track it down:
- The exact address you typed
- Roughly when you checked, including your time zone
- What the checker said, and what you saw in your browser
Big sites sometimes block automated checkers on purpose. We show those as up with a note, because they answered. If one is showing as down, that's worth hearing about.
Questions about your site being down
We can't fix other people's websites, and we don't have access to them. If it's your own site, the site owner's checklist walks through the usual causes in order.
